Role Overview: As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at Teva Pharmaceuticals, you will be the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation, all from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain expertise in Teva’s product portfolio to offer informed support.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues related to medication access, orders, billing, and more.
  • Documentation: Log all customer interactions and track resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • Work Ethic & Team Collaboration: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to balance individual and team tasks.
  • Customer Support Experience: Previous experience, ideally in a remote environment, with proficiency in phone, email, or chat support.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and empathetic communication tailored to customer needs.
  • Support Tools & MS Office: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ticketing software (e.g., Freshdesk), and Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in recording customer information and resolving issues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Able to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
  • Organization & Time Management: Effective at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple inquiries.
