Grade school specialties:
Pikes Peak Academy is a private Christian school located in downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are a school that serves at-risk youth in order to give them a second chance at graduation. Currently we are doing this through our new workforce readiness program that we call Pathways. We think that the traditional education system is not the best way to prepare our students for the future. Thus, we have switched to a program that takes each individual student into account. We look at their gifts, talents, current capabilities, and passions to create an individualized plan that will lead them to graduation. We have seen God work and move in many ways already as we have begun this transition from traditional education towards this new program.
