Our Mission is to help people become faithful followers of Christ. We believe Biblically based sermons and Christ-exalting worship are primary ways to grow in our relationship with God. Our worship style is modern, with an occasional hymn, and is led by a mix of worship team staff and skilled volunteers.
About Our Worship Pastor Position
We value innovative ideas, collaborative communication, and excellent implementation as we serve our staff, volunteers, and church. The Worship Pastor will provide leadership in these areas to the worship & media staff, skilled vocal and instrumental volunteers, and contractors.
The ideal candidate shepherds our Worship Team with a pastor’s heart to cultivate the worship experience. They collaborate with our Lead Pastor and teammates about service elements and excel at planning and execution. They communicate effectively with leadership colleagues, administrative support, and volunteers to implement effective processes.
We seek a Worship Pastor with at least 5 years’ experience, who has cultivated worship at similar sized churches.
Foothills Bible Church is a non-denominational, dynamic, and unique Christian church nestled against the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Littleton, Colorado. Roughly 1,600 people call FBC their home church and attend one of our 2 Sunday morning worship times. FBC is excited to continue growing as we live out our Vision, Everyone’s Welcome because nobody’s perfect and God has BIG plans for your life.
