Children’s Ministries (approximately 60% of responsibilities)
- will provide strategic oversight for all children’s ministries, with a special emphasis on broad vision casting, administration, selection of curriculum, teacher training, parent interactions, and special events;

- will seek particularly to build relationships with both children and parents who are participating in our weekly ministries to families -- including our vibrant preschool -- and to welcome those families into the life of the church.
Administration (approximately 30% of responsibilities)
- will work closely with the office administrator and the senior pastor, on a week-by-week or month-by-month basis, to provide assistance in particular areas of need, so that the overall administrate function of the church will be marked by excellence and effectiveness; and

Specialized Ministries (approximately 10% of responsibilities)
- will provide strategy and direction for ongoing outreach ministries aimed specifically at meeting the needs of those who are suffering through difficult life transitions (e.g., divorce, substance abuse, domestic violence, homelessness, grief).
