The right CFO will be both a capable strategist and implementer; a true business partner to the CEO and the senior leadership team that consists of purpose-driven professionals seeking to make a difference; a collaborative developer of effective teams; able to oversee a staff of 16 in the finance department as they steward a growing annual budget and endowment ($50MM+ and $500MM+ respectively) for maximum organizational impact.
