Church is looking for a self motivated, team player who possesses an understanding of how to grow children's ministry and equip parents to disciple their children.
As a member of the pastoral and directors team, the Director of Children's Ministry should be a:
-Mature and growing follower of Christ
-Strong leader with the ability to implement age-appropriate ministry
-Excellent communicator of church-wide vision and direction
-Skilled recruiter and developer of both student and adult volunteers
