Must have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience with a proven track record. Responsible for oversight of MIddle School, HIgh School, College & Young adult ministry in the church which includes the following - personal & spiritual development; creating a Next Gen vision that aligns with the vision of the church; recruiting & training a volunteer staff; teaching; pastoring youth & families; developing & managing a budget; connecting with parents; connecting to and working with Young LIfe in our community; implement procedures to ensure safety of youth and staff; serve on pastoral staff & participate in church activities as possible (teaching, visitation, attend staff meetings).
