Vanderbloemen Search Group is seeking a Candidate Support Specialist that will provide excellent support to our candidates and have a special emphasis on constantly improving the overall candidate experience. All Candidate Relations Team (CRT) members have extensive interaction with candidates on a daily basis. This CRT member will be responsible for conducting background and reference checks, and will spend much of their day on the phone. 

 

The Candidate Support Specialist must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a systematic worker. The successful candidate will likely have experience working or volunteering in a church or para-church ministry. Proven experience in creative thinking, problem solving, and organizational development are needed. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required and seminary training is a plus.
