                                                                         Communications Project Manager

Turning Point for God is the radio and television ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah, senior pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church. It is an international ministry with a vision to reach every language group in the world with the Gospel and the teachings of God’s Word. From a modest beginning thirty two years ago, Turning Point is now accessible by 2.5 billion people worldwide every day through radio, television, and the Internet.

Position summary:

The responsibility of the Communications Project Manager is to assist the Senior Communications Project Manager in executing emails for Dr. David Jeremiah’s broadcast ministry. The Communications Project Manager will be using existing copy and art to build and implement template HTML emails through the Informz email platform.

Requirements:

• A passion for ministry
• Strong writing skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to take direction
• Organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to execute on schedule
• Available to work 40 hours/week 8-5pm M-F at the Turning Point International Headquarters in Lakeside, CA.

An ideal candidate would possess the following:

• A history of serving in the church and/or working in a Christian ministry
• Proficient in communication and marketing
• Interest in writing ad copy
• Familiarity with a WYSIWYG editor to build emails and/or update a website

This is an entry level position with opportunity to grow.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
