Administrative Coordinator – Operation Christmas Child

Location:  Albany, New York

 

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator who has a heart for serving the Lord through an office management opportunity with the ministry of Operation Christmas Child (OCC).  The Administrative Coordinator will support the Regional Office by performing a variety of administrative duties that include:

  • Lead all aspects of office management for the OCC Regional Office including communication, paperwork, office supplies and equipment.
  • Equips Regional volunteers with information and resources for maximum effectiveness.
  • Manages and maintains accuracy of all Regional databases.
  • Selects, trains, and leads temporary staff to reach Regional goals.
  • Recruits, selects, trains, and leads office volunteers to reach Regional goals.

 

Qualified candidates will have highly developed administrative, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Candidate will be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook are required. An Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and six months to one year related experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
