Heights Christian Schools (HCS) owns and operates one junior high program, one intermediate program, three elementary schools, five preschools, and two infant centers. Our campuses are located in Southern California in the cities of Brea, Chino Hills, La Habra Heights, La Mirada and San Juan Capistrano.
We opened our first school over 30 years ago, in 1981. The primary objective of our schools is to bring about the total education of the student - spiritually, academically, morally, mentally, socially, and physically. Christ and the Christian philosophy of life are recognized as the center of all knowledge and, as such, all academic subjects are presented form a Christian perspective.
We are one of the only private school systems in the Western Region, with a total of nine campuses. Having multiple campuses allows us to offer students and families the stability that smaller stand-alone schools may not provide, as well as the unique opportunity of professional collaboration between our highly qualified faculty and staff at each of our school locations. As a result, our approach to education for children ages infant through 8th grade provides students with exceptional learning opportunities and resources.
We are partners together with our supportive parents, who unite school with home and church in order to positively develop Christian values and lifestyles in our students.
