WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Our Human Resources Department is looking for a Director of Human Resources who has an evident and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, a leader who believes that HR exists to support our staff with both strong people care and tactical HR compliance & implementation so that all Forest Home staff are able to impact people's lives for the glory of Jesus Christ. A successful candidate in this role will have at least eight to ten years of Human Resources experience in progressive leadership role; a desire to partner with leaders at Forest Home to champion HR projects while continuing to support the mission, vision & core values of Forest Home; confidence in directing employee relations situations of all kinds (handling with both the truth and love of Christ); ability to train leaders in HR concerns (training groups of all sizes); and demonstrated experience with safety matters (Worker’s Comp, OSHA, etc).
