Operation Christmas Child is seeking a skilled marketing and promotions oriented leader to provide support and deliverables for the cause of children coming to know Jesus. Called individual is needed to fill the position of Coordinator, Promotions and Partnerships.
Reporting to the Assistant Director for Promotions, the position will provide essential support to promotions team managers to grown and deepen the ministry brand and public awareness of Operation Christmas Child (OCC), and of OCC's discipleship program, The Greatest Journey. Primary focus will be to support existing OCC national promotional partnership, coordination of national promotion events and conferences, and focused coordination on communication from headquarters to regional field offices regarding national partner promotions. Position will be involved in live event promotion specific to generating new monthly donors for the OCC discipleship program, The Greatest Journey.
Ideal candidate will have experience in promotions and marketing in a ministry or non-profit setting. Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast paced and growing ministry, and must have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Must have experience in presenting proposals and executing plans at all levels of organizations. Must have a passion for children's evangelism and desire to see more children to come to know Jesus through Operation Christmas Child. Candidate must be a leader, must also take direction and messaging well, and must be results oriented. Requires a bachelor's degree coupled with a track record of success in marketing and working with promotional partnerships and relationships.
